 1. Timeframe
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date. 

2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have all tags attached. 

3. Proof of Purchase
A valid receipt, order confirmation, or packing slip is required to complete any return or exchange. 

4. Refunds Method
If the return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow [5-7] business days for the funds to appear on your account, depending on your bank. 

5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain goods and services are exempt from being returned. These include: 

• Gift cards (future option)
• Final sale or clearance items
• Intimate apparel, swimwear, or personalized items
• Perishable goods and opened personal care items 

6. Online Orders & Return Shipping
For online purchases, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
